Return and Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are FINAL and we do not accept returns or refunds.

We ship WORLDWIDE with DHL Express Service to almost all countries, with exception of some.

If your country is not listed in the checkout (INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS) please contact us by email (sales@nafiriguitar.com) or Whatsapp +62818801520 and we will check the shipping fee manually.

There is a chance that the item you purchased are SOLD Offline in  our physical store (and not timely updated in this Website).
In that case, we will refund your payments completely.
It would be preferable if you kindly check and ask us for stock confirmation first before making any purchase.

We will do a strict Quality Control for every items before shipping out, and if we find any defects of blemishes, we will notify you and we will refund your payment 100%.

It will take about 3 business days for the refund process.

Paypal is no longer refunding the seller's fees on any refunds, so any refunds to a customer on any purchase is customer's responsibility.
