International Shipping
NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS :
- We accept International Shipping Worldwide, with exceptions to some countries.
- We ship by DHL Express with full insurance coverage and 5 days ETA. You can check the shipping fee in the checkout page as we have DHL Plugin embedded in our website for international address.
NOTE : For customers residing in Malaysia, you can use gimworld for cheaper and more affordable sea shipping (2 weeks)
1. You need to log in and create your own account in gimworld's website, and choose "IMPORT" and "FROM INDONESIA TO MALAYSIA"
2. After you create the shipment label from them, in our website checkout page you just need to choose "INSTANT COURIER" and enter gimworld's warehouse address in Jakarta for destination.
3. Put your gimworld's booking code reference in your order, and We will send the package to their warehouse's address.

IMPORTANT NOTE For customers residing in Singapore or Malaysia or Taiwan and want to use RaySpeed :
1. PLEASE BE INFORMED that Upon Arrival in your country's customs, usually there will be GST and PERMIT FEE that needs to be borne by the buyer.
2. You need to contact Rayspeed directly and arrange them to pick up the goods from our store. We only prepare the goods for them to be picked up.
3. Please Choose "PICK UP IN STORE" Option on Checkout Page if you want to use Rayspeed, so you don't need to pay any shipping charge in our website.

- We also will adhere to The Standard Packaging for international shipment to ensure the safety of the instruments.
- Paypal Payment and Credit Card (Visa/Master) are provided for checkout option for international buyers.
NOTE : Only Cards with 3D Secure (With One Time PIN Verification Enabled) will be accepted by our payment gateway.
If your card is declined, please check with your bank and you may need to confirm the purchase with them.
And make sure is has 3D secure to get through our Payment Gateway System.
For Paypal Payment, you can send us an email to sales@nafiriguitar.com and we will send you the PayPal Invoice.

- However, if you are an overseas customer and you cannot check out from this site (usually it will say Invalid Address), that means the automatic DHL shipping calculator rate does not support your country yet.
