Tsubasa Guitar Workshop is a boutique brand by Mr Chiaki Tanaka , a senior builder who has gained outstanding reputation as a vintage copy with superb playability and high degree of perfection.
Every guitar is built by order and they have small-batch production with super high standard.
This model, named "Lucy", is based on the Stratocaster type, it retains the traditional style, while also featuring modern appointments such as magnum lock pegs and luminous side dots. There are modern practical improvements such as a side position mark, a compound radius fingerboard with 22 frets, and an easy-to-adjust spokewheel truss rod.
The original Pickup was developed by Mr. Tanaka himself and is manufactured in the workshop, including coil winding and the magnets. The sound is also balanced to match both classic and modern guitar playing.
The combination of an alder body and a rosewood fingerboard are classic recipe for the true Strat sound.
